Hitting the bullseye together – our team building exercise: arrow shooting
Team spirit, focus and plenty of fun: at our team-building event, we were able to gain new experiences away from the daily work routine and further strengthen our team spirit.
Our team-building session began with a boat trip on Lake Baldeney, where we hat the chance to spend some time together. We then rounded off the morning with a lunch together in a relaxed atmosphere. After that, we moved on to bow and arrow shooting.
After a brief introduction to the basics of arrow shooting, we got straight down to business with bow and arrow. It wasn’t just about precision and focus – there was also plenty of mutual support, motivation and a good dose of humour. It soon became clear that we achieved the best results when we worked together.
It was a great opportunity for the team to share ideas, master challenges together and further strengthen their team spirit, it was particularly lovely to see the teams encouraging one another and having fun together.
The day was a great success for everyone involved and will remain in our memories for a long time to come.
